The Customer Supply Chain Senior Analyst plays a critical role in driving execution of replenishment strategies while proactively influencing inventory performance across assigned customers. This individual leverages advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration to identify risks and opportunities, drive improvements, and support strategic decision-making. The role operates with increasing autonomy and serves as a key connector between internal teams and customer partners.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to sales and inventory goals
  • Analyze complex datasets (forecast, inventory, shipments, POS) to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations
  • Validate forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks, making adjustments or recommendations to improve alignment with demand and seasonality
  • Review and manage customer orders, ensuring appropriate quantities and product flow timing to support sales priorities
  • Lead and enhance reporting and KPI tracking; identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and insight quality
  • Serve as a primary analytical partner for ad hoc customer and internal requests, delivering clear, data-driven insights
  • Manage and optimize promotional allocations at the store level; analyze results and recommend improvements to maximize sell-through
  • Support new item launches and product transitions (e.g., discontinuations), helping to minimize waste and improve execution
  • Identify key drivers impacting service levels, inventory, and product flow; communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand) and external customer partners
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts; elevate team analytics capabilities and best practices
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and customer performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing tools, processes, and ways of working
Requirements

The requirements of this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or years of experience in combination with education.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, supply chain, or customer-facing analytics roles
  • Strong experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., POS data, shipment data, inventory systems, Nielsen/IRI, Customer Portals)
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including intermediate (minimum) Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups; ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

The salary range for this full-time position is $83,000.00 - $95,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
