Job Title: Pricing Operations Support Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+Months 

Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST

Pay $25–$30/hr on W2, based on experience


Job Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Operations Support Specialist to support pricing, promotions, contracts, and customer pricing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, pricing, or contract administration, data validation, and documentation. This role requires someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable in reviewing data and identifying discrepancies.

Responsibility:

  • Review customer contracts and approved pricing documentation to verify terms, incentives, effective dates, and customer eligibility.
  • Review pricing worksheets and files to ensure calculations, rates, discounts, and pricing logic are accurate.
  • Perform basic Excel calculations, formula checks, reconciliations, and data validation.
  • Support customer coding for pricing and promotional programs.
  • Create and maintain customer price lists and verify that pricing matches approved programs and contracts.
  • Support contract renewals and multi-year contract rollovers.
  • Review marketing and customer-facing materials to ensure pricing and promotional information is accurate.
  • Organize, upload, and maintain contract and program documentation in SharePoint.
  • Maintain proper document version control and ensure records are audit-ready.
  • Work with Pricing Analysts and other internal teams to identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Document corrections, updates, and resolution of issues.
  • Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, customer service, finance, operations, contract administration, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data validation.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be available to work EST hours.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience with Vistex or similar pricing management systems.
  • Experience with Icertis or other contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Experience working with pricing, discounts, promotions, incentives, or customer contracts.
  • Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems.
