About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This person will explore complex data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive strategic business decisions. The analyst will identify opportunities to leverage analytics to improve efficiency, deliver meaningful business insights, and optimize data to advance Regency's analytics strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identify opportunities to leverage analytic solutions to drive efficiency and effective business insight.
  • Support Corporate Support teams in successful reporting and analysis of operational and financial results.
  • Identifies opportunities for innovative technologies and tools for enhanced reporting, visualization, automation and analytics.
  • Identifies opportunities for predictive and forecasting models and be able to read, execute, and evaluate machine learning models within analytical workflows.
  • Supports data optimization to enable advancement of Regency's analytics strategy including, but not limited to, coordination with external consultants and internal data teams, structuring large data sets for enhanced utilization, and administration of data governance objectives.

Are You Qualified?
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or Information Technology
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Analytics or Information Technology (IT). IT experience should be related to data modeling/reporting, data transformation, or data architecture.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize data from a variety of sources and identify actionable insights
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Intermediate level proficiency in SQL and comfortable aggregating data, joining tables, and writing efficient queries
  • Intermediate level proficiency with a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Intermediate experience with M and DAX languages (Power BI, Azure Analysis Services)

Preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Bi Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Intermediate level exposure to Microsoft's workplace productivity tools like Power tools and 365 Copilot
  • Intermediate Experience with Data Science software (R or Python)
  • Intermediate level proficiency with JD Edwards (or similar accounting software)
