Business Analyst
Business Analyst) Intro:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst for the Client. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of teamwork. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and Agile Scrum methodology.
(Business Analyst) Job Details:
The Business Analyst will lead and/or assist staff in business requirements gathering sessions daily as assigned by the Department. This includes working closely with customers, stakeholders, and IT software developers to document business requirements, developing as-is, to-be, and other required business analysis documentation, and leading the implementation of business process improvement recommendations. The Business Analyst will also serve as a Scrum Master, managing the expectations of diverse stakeholders, providing regular briefings to Client Leadership, and participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospective and review meetings.
(Business Analyst) Mandatory Skills:
The candidate must have eight years of experience working as a business analyst, with five years of experience using Agile Scrum methodology. Eight years of experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and functional manual testing is required. Three years of experience with conducting scrum ceremonies and handling impediments, and eight years of experience with financial systems and Budget Planning are also mandatory. The candidate must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance.
