Job description


Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.
We are looking for a Sr Associate - Digital Product Management. This role sits within the Amex Offers Digital Media Product team in Membership Portfolio Services.
The Sr. Associate will be responsible for delivering new features and ongoing enhancements to DiMO, an internal platform used by Sales and Marketing Operations Colleagues to onboard Amex Offers. This includes translating business needs into product requirements, supporting delivery across Agile teams, and ensuring a strong feedback loop through execution of the team's quarterly CSAT program. This role will also play a key part in identifying and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline user workflows, and enhance the overall offer onboarding experience.
The successful candidate will have experience managing digital initiatives and will collaborate with a team of product owners, engineers, designers, and business partners to drive our key goals.
The Amex Offers Digital Media Product team provides the technical capabilities to enable sourcing, setup, targeting, fulfilment, and measurement of Amex Offers campaigns. Our platforms are part of the Digital Offers Ecosystem; a collection of teams and capabilities that are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Amex Offers.
Responsibilities
  • Own delivery across defined product areas and user journeys within DiMO, with a focus on Marketing Operations workflows and central capabilities
  • Partner with the Sr. Product Manager to deliver new features and capabilities, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment to business goals and user needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver features from concept through release
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support day-to-day execution, including tracking progress, managing dependencies, and resolving blockers
  • Support triage and resolution of production issues, identifying themes and prioritizing enhancements to improve user experience and platform stability
  • Communicate status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
  • Support global rollout of platform capabilities, ensuring consistency across markets and user groups
  • Own execution of the quarterly CSAT program

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital product development
  • Experience working in Agile teams, including backlog management and user story development
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Can-do attitude with a passion for digital products and technology
  • Curious about the why and how
  • Sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing best-in-class products
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Analytically savvy - leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive outcome-driven product decisions
  • Curious about leveraging AI to drive greater output and efficiency
  • Experience with MarTech platforms and/or Adobe tools is a plus
