North American Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial North American Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the industrial strapping tools market. This role requires a customer-focused professional with a strong background in channel development, OEM partnerships, and packaging channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth, building lasting relationships, and representing our brand at trade events across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within North America, focusing on industrial strapping tools and related packaging channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Represent the company at trade events, industry conferences, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Travel regularly across North America to meet with customers, partners, and attend trade events.
  • HubSpot knowledge a plus.
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.

  • Four Year College Degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
  • 3–5+ years’ hands-on experience with battery-powered, industrial strapping tools or other advanced, end-of-line load containment technologies.
