·    Regularly follow up on open quotations, RFQs, customer inquiries, and potential sales opportunities.

·    Re-engage dormant, inactive, lost, and former customers to identify opportunities to regain business.

·    Review historical customer activity and older quotations to identify potential new or renewed sales opportunities.

·    Maintain accurate customer, contact, part number, pricing, end-customer, and quotation information.

·    Carefully review customer communications and quotation information before sending external correspondence.

·    Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and ensure appropriate follow-up through resolution.

·    Work with the Director of Pricing & Business Strategy on pricing matters, significant customer opportunities, and overall sales strategy.

·    Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Production, and other departments regarding customer requirements, availability, technical questions, delivery expectations, and business opportunities.

·    Maintain organized records of active opportunities, customer follow-ups, scheduled visits, open quotations, and next steps.

·    Provide regular updates regarding sales activity, significant opportunities, customer concerns, and business-development efforts.

·    Perform other sales and business-development duties as assigned.

·    Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience required.

·    Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, customer relationship management, or technical sales.

·    Experience with military, defense, aerospace, or government-related sales preferred.

·    Semiconductor or electronic component industry experience preferred.

·    Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, OEMs, contract manufacturers, or technical customers strongly preferred.

·    Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

·    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·    Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage quotations, pricing information, customer records, and correspondence.

·    Demonstrated ability to independently develop leads, maintain an active sales pipeline, and follow opportunities through completion.

·    Ability to work effectively across Pricing, Engineering, Planning, Production, and Customer Service functions.

Key Expectations
