Position Summary

The Promotions Representative supports the planning and execution of casino promotions and events to ensure an engaging, memorable guest experience. This position assists with event logistics, prize distribution, and on-site coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the WarHorse brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.

  • Execute promotions and events by assisting guests and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Prepare event areas, including setup, decor, signage, and staging elements such as banners and audio announcements.

  • Transport, set up, and break down promotional equipment as required.

  • Maintain and track prize inventory, including proper awarding and documentation.

  • Ensure event areas remain organized, stocked, and secured after completion.

  • Follow the marketing and promotions calendar to meet established timelines.

  • Deliver outstanding guest service throughout all events and promotional activities.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and team members.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum one (1) year of guest service experience (gaming experience preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of marketing programs or willingness to learn

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport promotional equipment as needed

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Valid driver's license and ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Exposure to secondhand smoke, loud noise, and varying weather conditions

  • Physical activity including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and moving equipment

  • Frequent walking throughout the property and event spaces

  • Requires mobility, balance, coordination, and dexterity of hands and fingers

  • Extended physical and mental effort during promotional events

Schedule (Weekends and Holidays are a must)

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet property needs.
