Location: Middlebury, Vermont Onsite Manufacturing Role
Vermont Hard Cider Co., d.b.a. Green Mountain Beverage, is a leading co-packaging partner and beverage manufacturer. We're looking for a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor to lead our weekend crew-keeping things running smoothly, supporting the team, and making sure production stays safe and efficient. You will lead off-shift production in a fully supported shift structure, with maintenance, quality, sanitation, and operations resources available to keep beverage packaging running safely and efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment across a focused three-day schedule. Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm
What You Will Do
• Lead employees and temporary workers with coaching, accountability, and clear expectations.
• Drive canning, kegging, and variety pack execution.
• Use floor observations and metrics to improve flow, quality, downtime, and sanitation readiness.
• Coordinate staffing, handoffs, reporting, escalations, and cross-functional support.

Requirements
Key qualifications: Bring 3-5+ years of production, manufacturing, packaging, food/beverage, CPG, or regulated operations experience, along with proven team leadership, strong floor presence, confident real-time decision-making, and the ability to drive safety, quality, staffing, handoffs, production metrics, and troubleshooting across a focused weekend schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits eligibility. Final pay depends on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
