Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and salaried positions while improving workforce pipelines and hiring quality.
Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
  • Develop recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategies
  • Partner with operations leaders on staffing forecasts
  • Manage applicant tracking and hiring metrics
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring manager communication
  • Lead recruiting events and community partnerships
  • Improve candidate experience and employer branding
  • Track and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
