Job Description
Overview
Coordinates onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and culture-focused programs.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities
  • Manage new hire experience and follow-up touchpoints
  • Support employee engagement and recognition events
  • Coordinate volunteer and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain HR calendars and communication schedules
  • Support HR administrative and program logistics
  • Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
  • Conduct candidate screening activities, including reviewing applications and supporting the initial evaluation of applicant qualifications
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for HR records and documentation
  • Manage job postings, including creating, publishing, updating, and closing positions in accordance with hiring needs
  • Administer E-Verify processes to confirm employee eligibility in compliance with federal regulations

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
