About the team

With a combination of technology and experienced administrative support, FIS Lend Amend provides a simple and consistent amendment flow for the leveraged loan market. Our dedicated amendment specialists work closely with agents and lenders from start to finish to ensure a smooth interaction with the syndicate and timely closings.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for high-level relationship management and service delivery for one or more assigned clients strategic to the Enterprise. Accounts are target clients having a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the Enterprise.

  • Works with clients on new amendment engagement, including active management and communication with relevant parties: external counsel, capital markets, agency operations, buy-side investors, etc.

  • Collaborate with delivery partners to continuously improve service levels and service quality.

  • Interfaces with product management and development team to ensure product offerings remain competitive in the market; helps identify synergies across other product groups.

  • Partners with sales on new prospects; facilitates product introduction and demonstrations.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of overall experience below (Banking, Loan (Preferred))

  • Proven knowledge to represent the enterprise's entire range of products to the client and of the industry.

  • Proven track record in client relationship management, service delivery and/or the sales of technology products and services.

  • Financial institution experience or comparable proven sales-marketing-consulting-support background with strong financial industry and data processing knowledge.

  • Broad understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business and participates in and/or establishes initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the enterprise.

  • Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client.

  • Able to establish a good working relationship with internal and client management while maintaining knowledge of the enterprise.

Bonus if you have

Syndicated Loan deal management experience is essential.
