Job description

The Patricia VanBruwaene College of Business at St. Ambrose University seeks qualified applicants to serve as adjunct faculty members. We are seeking candidates to teach both online and traditional seated courses on both the University's Davenport and Cedar Rapids campuses.
Applicants should demonstrate competency and interest in teaching in one or more of a variety of business classes at the undergraduate and potentially graduate levels. Desirable areas of expertise and experience include accounting, business sales, economics, finance, management, quantitative methods, and marketing.
A minimum of a master's degree in the teaching discipline or a master's degree in a related field with 15 graduate semester hours in the discipline is required. A PhD/DBA is preferred for graduate level courses. Preference will be given to candidates who are engaged in the local business community and actively working in their field.
