I opened my agency in October 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent three years as a team member and completed the Agent Aspirant Program before opening my own agency. I'm proud to have already mentored an aspirant who has gone on to open their own agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Blake Jenevein - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
