In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, optimizing, and growing Nature's Sunshine's presence across major third-party online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Target, iHerb, Vitacost, and others. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with one or more of these platforms, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for driving measurable growth in a competitive marketplace environment. Exact title dependent on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketplace KPIs including sales revenue, units sold, conversion rates, advertising ROI, Buy Box percentage, and competitive positioning. Translate data into actionable strategies and present findings to leadership.

- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and marketplace algorithm changes. Proactively adjust strategies to maintain and grow Nature's Sunshine's competitive position across all channels.

- Brand Protection & Compliance: Enforce brand standards, MAP pricing policies, and marketplace terms of service. Identify and escalate unauthorized sellers or counterfeit activity. Ensure all listings meet platform-specific regulatory and compliance requirements for health and supplement products.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, regulatory, finance, and operations teams to align marketplace initiatives with broader company goals and ensure timely execution of product launches, promotions, and content updates.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketplace channels, with demonstrated success on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and/or iHerb+Vitacost

- Proven experience setting up and scaling seller or vendor accounts on major marketplace platforms, including full listing creation, content optimization, and advertising management

- Deep knowledge of marketplace algorithms, search ranking factors, and best practices for driving discoverability and conversion

- Proficiency with marketplace seller portals and third-party management tools (e.g., Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace data and translate insights into strategy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
