Job description

About the Role

Are you a highly analytical, operationally sharp, and media-savvy Amazon expert? We are seeking a Global Amazon & Marketplace Manager to completely own, scale, and protect our international 3P (Third-Party) marketplace presence via Amazon Seller Central. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our global FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) ecosystem while directly steering our international growth strategy across three distinct product portfolios. This is not just an operational role—you will serve as our internal coordinator, partnering closely with our external advertising agency to bridge the gap between traditional top-of-funnel broadcast media and full-funnel digital execution. Together, you will maintain a synchronized strategy spanning Linear TV, Amazon DSP, and Streaming TV to capture market share globally.

Core Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Marketplace Growth: Successful expansion and distribution into targeted new international Amazon regions and alternative viable marketplaces.
  • Sales Growth: Continuous YoY and MoM revenue scale across all active global storefronts.
  • Advertising Efficiency: Strict management of TACOS to protect bottom-line margins, alongside maximizing ROAS across all ad types.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon & Marketplace Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Global Marketplace Scaling: Identify, plan, and execute product launches into new international Amazon regions, tailoring pricing architectures to absorb foreign exchange fluctuations, local tariffs, and regional margins.
  • Complex Variation Listing Architecture: Build, optimize, and maintain highly technical, deeply variant catalog structures (including expansive parent/child color variants and multi-component application kits).
  • Localization & SEO: Direct the translation and cultural localization of high-converting SEO copy, backend search terms, A+ Content, and regional Brand Storefronts to maximize global conversion rates.
  • Listing & Storefront Management: Oversee all marketplace listing creations and optimization to ensure a seamless, high-converting user experience.

Cross-Border FBA Logistics & Brand Protection

  • Global Supply Chain Coordination: Manage end-to-end international FBA logistics, partnering with our supply chain teams and 3PLs to maintain optimal weeks-of-supply targets and healthy regional Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores.
  • Worldwide Buy Box Defense: Fiercely protect our brand equity globally using Amazon Brand Registry tools, Project Zero, and Transparency to eliminate unauthorized third-party hijackers, counterfeiters, and parallel imports.
  • MAP Enforcement: Monitor international pricing landscapes to ensure strict compliance with our MAP policies, tracking cross-border reseller leakage down to the source.

Full-Funnel Media & Agency Collaboration

  • PPC & Search Mastery: Lead the hands-on and strategic optimization of lower-funnel Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and Video) to capture high-intent search traffic and maintain efficient TACOS.
  • Linear & Connected TV Sync: Collaborate closely with our outside Linear TV agency to align traditional broadcast with digital media pushes, maximizing the impact of omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Amazon DSP & Streaming Strategy: Architect and execute our upper-to-mid funnel digital advertising strategy using Amazon DSP and Streaming TV ads to retarget broadcast audiences and build global brand awareness.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 4–6+ years of hands-on experience managing brands within Amazon Seller Central (3P), with a proven track record of managing a multi-region global account structure.

  • Media & Ad Tech Expertise: Practical, working understanding of Amazon DSP, Streaming/OTT advertising, and the Amazon Advertising console.
  • Agency Management: Proven experience collaborating with external marketing agencies (specifically TV, media buying, or digital ad agencies) to unify cross-channel campaign strategies.
  • Financial & Analytical Discipline: Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to interpret raw multi-currency reports into clear tactical decisions based on TACOS, ROAS, and net margin targets.
  • Technical Data Skills: Ability to work with APIs and build comprehensive business and analysis reports.
  • Logistics & Compliance: Solid understanding of international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and regional tax frameworks (e.g., European VAT or regional sales taxes).

Benefits & Perks:

  • 401(k) plan with a 4% match.
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • Medical & GAP Insurance: Premium Health coverage paired with an employer-sponsored GAP plan.
  • Vision Care: Employer-sponsored VSP plan.
  • Critical Illness Protection
  • Voluntary Dental: High and low plan options.
  • Supplemental Protection: Optional accident and cancer policies.
