Job Description
We are seeking a Student Success Coach to ensure an exceptional experience for students and provide outstanding support to Instructors of Record (IORs). This role is ideal for an organized and student-focused professional who excels at high volume communication, collaboration, deescalation, and problem-solving at scale.

Responsibilities
Student Experience Excellence:
  • Conduct manual outreach to students to provide targeted support with high need students.
  • Manage complex student inquiries and resolve escalated cases effectively.
  • Manage and track final project outreach in Intercom, including extending project deadlines where appropriate.
  • Document accommodation letters and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize workflows for scale.

Instructor of Record (IOR) Support:
  • Provide excellent customer service including, but not limited to, anticipating needs of the partner, bringing collaborative ideas to meetings, keeping up with university specific deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and efficient submission of escalations related to partnerships or IOR needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in educational partnerships or student success roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle escalations, and support diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and self solve at a high volume.
  • Proficiency in using student management systems (e.g., SalesForce, Intercom) and tracking outreach efforts.
  • Passion for creating an engaging, inclusive, and supportive student experience.
