Overview

Be part of an exciting, fast-growing technology firm creating web based applications and enterprise solutions for global organizations. We are seeking an experienced web application engineer for our software development team creating enterprise software.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor software using a variety of platforms and technologies
  • Develop highly available and scalable web applications and services
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop project requirements and generate test plans
  • Stay current with new technologies and encouraged to implement innovative solutions
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Mentor newer developers to help expand team effectiveness
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience with web applications and/or services
  • Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills
  • Commitment to quality
  • Preference provided to developers with applicable experience related to the below:
    • Javascript, Angular / Angular 2, PHP, HTML, CSS, ES6, Node JS
    • Web Services and APIs: REST, JSON, XML
    • Relational Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL
    • Platforms: Linux, Amazon Web Services
    • Tools: Jira, Mocha, Git, Confluence
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and applying new technologies, and will be eager to share what they have learned with colleagues
