We are adding a Solution Architect to our Field Service team! Working closely with and reporting to our Field Service Practice Lead, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions. NeuraFlash is building a best-in-class delivery team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Artificial Intelligence Team!
You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
  • Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
  • Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions
  • Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
  • Drive best practice UX design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
  • Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
  • Deliver customer end user training and documentation
  • Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects
  • Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior management
  • Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
  • Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years project experience in a hands on technical consulting and project management role
  • 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, VisualForce and Web Services
  • Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects - including ground-up Field Service and Sales Cloud deployments
  • Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
  • Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, project management expertise and process methodology
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
  • Expert-level experience in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
  • Experience with Communities and Wave Analytics highly preferred
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder), multiple certifications preferred
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce
  • Great with customers, quickly builds credibility, and a fantastic team player!
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
