We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate who will be a key player in the execution of marketing strategies that will drive impact to our multiple brands.

Position Overview:
As the Marketing Associate, you’ll be collaborating with internal teams to provide administrative and operational support by assisting with campaign execution. This includes writing creative briefs, coordination of multi-platform brand initiatives, and production/oversight of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about working in the beauty industry, has both logistic and creative skills, and is looking to grow their career in a creative and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writes email marketing briefs for retail and wholesale campaigns, ensuring alignment with the strategic promotional calendar and brand voice.
  • Creates and oversees team assignments in project management software (e.g., Trello).
  • Conducts quality checks (QC) for all completed emails and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Responsible for editing and proofreading for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and brand voice.
  • Supports the execution of marketing tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinates and assists departments with in-depth knowledge of calendars and campaigns.
  • Manages the flow of affiliate programs with guidance from leadership.
  • Assists with reviewing and collaborating on inventory stocks for promotional campaigns with the Production team.
  • Coordinates incoming requests from Sales and PR teams.
  • Supports coordination with external vendors, including Amazon.
  • Organizes and manages marketing assets using Air software.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, writing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a marketing or sales/marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to write engaging copy for emails, social media, and ads, with relevant writing samples included with the application.
  • Experience with META & Google Paid Ads campaign management
  • Proficiency in tools like Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Affiliate & Social Media Monitoring Platforms such as LTK, Awin, and Social Pilot.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy throughout the marketing cycle.

Compensation & Benefits:
