Job Description

Why this role

SmartRecruiters is the Recruiting AI Company, now part of SAP, helping global enterprises attract, engage, and hire top talent through a modern, AIfirst TA platform.

We're scaling our global Demand Marketing engine and are looking for a hands-on contractor who loves getting things done across campaign operations, events, and localisation. If you've cut your teeth in B2B/SaaS marketing and want real ownership across regions, this role gives you a frontrow seat to a fastmoving, global team.

What you'll do

Make campaigns run smoothly

  • Set up and QA campaigns across tools (marketing automation, landing pages, forms, tracking links).

  • Keep trackers, calendars, and shared docs up to date so stakeholders always know what's happening.

  • Coordinate briefs, approvals, and asset handovers between marketing, sales, design, and external vendors.

  • Support simple reporting (registrations, attendance, MQLs, follow-up status).

Bring events and webinars to life

  • Support planning and logistics for virtual and inperson events across Europe.

  • Own the operational details: invite lists, email invitations and reminders, uploads to tools, and coordination with venues/partners where needed.

  • Work with design and stakeholders to pull together presentations, signage, swag, and handouts.

  • Ensure clean postevent followup: asset uploads, campaign tagging, and routing leads to sales.

Localise content that actually lands

  • Translate and adapt English German marketing assets (French is a plus).

  • Make sure copy is accurate, on-brand, and locally relevant in tone, terminology, and compliance.

  • Partner with regional marketers to refine messaging for European audiences.

Be the glue across teams

  • Collaborate daily with global demand marketing, partner marketing, brand & comms, and SDRs.

  • Jump into adhoc projects that keep campaigns and events moving.

Qualifications

What you bring

Languages & communication

  • Native or nearnative German and English (spoken and written).

  • French is a strong plus.

  • Excellent written communication with sharp attention to detail, especially in proofreading and localisation.

Marketing experience

  • 1-2 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Handson experience with event marketing and/or demand or field marketing.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce or similar).

How you work

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across time zones.

  • Comfortable in a fastpaced, global, fully remote environment.

  • Proactive and solutionsoriented, with strong ownership and followthrough.

Contract details

  • Engagement: Contractor (freelance or via agency)

  • Hours: Full-time, with some flexibility across European business hours

  • Start date: As soon as possible

If you want to grow your demand gen and events career inside a highimpact, AIfirst marketing team, we'd love to hear from you.
