About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Intern to work alongside the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team on day-to-day execution across email campaigns, copywriting, and retail partner support.

This is a hands-on role built for learning, focused on execution and coordination: you'll get exposure across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing real work that ships. It's ideal for someone early in their marketing journey who is curious, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a broad foundation.


What You'll Do

Email Marketing Support

  • Draft, proofread, and QA email content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
  • Coordinate campaign scheduling and deployment under guidance
  • Assist with email campaign execution using Klaviyo
  • Support basic performance tracking and reporting

Copywriting & Content Support

  • Write and edit marketing copy for website pages, digital ads, product packaging, blogs, social media, and user manuals / instructional content
  • Update and refine existing content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Follow established brand voice and messaging guidelines
  • Work with social media manager to coordinate posts for different social media channels

Retail & Ecommerce Content Support

  • Support product page maintenance for key retail partners, including Amazon, Shopify, Nordstrom, Macy's, Home Depot, Best Buy, Walmart
  • Assist with updating brand content across channels, including copy, imagery, and specifications
  • Help conduct product page audits to ensure accuracy and brand consistency

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Support miscellaneous marketing tasks including coordination, asset updates, and documentation
  • Help maintain organization of marketing files and materials

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships included)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with content planning and tracking tools (e.g. Clickup)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail marketing
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Experience with Figma
