Job description

Come build the future with us. What unites all Amazonians (across teams and geographies) is that we are all striving to delight customers and make their lives easier, whoever that customer may be. In pursuit of delighting customers, Amazonians have developed many products and services that transformed the way our customers live their lives and run their businesses.

Together, we are building the future, one innovative product, service, and idea at a time.
Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, publishers, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions-including retail media, display, video, DSP, measurement, and ad tech solutions-leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.
We're seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product Marketing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy through deep customer insights and competitive intelligence

You'll own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle-from informing the product roadmap through voice-of-customer research to crafting positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in market. Your work will directly influence how thousands of advertisers discover, adopt, and maximize value from Amazon Ads products.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, thrives in ambiguous environments, and has a proven track record of launching products that achieve measurable business impact. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, moving seamlessly from conducting advertiser research to developing sales enablement materials to presenting product vision to senior leadership.

Partner with Product Managers to recommend customer feedback prioritization, support effective Alpha/Beta testing, and refine the strategic roadmap.
5. Align GTM strategy to the product roadmap, translate complex product information into simple and clear language, and continue to gather customer feedback post-launch to inform future iterations.
6. Develop single-source-of-truth documentation to enable sales and marketing with positioning, messaging, product availability, best practices, implementation guides, and FAQs.
About the team
The Ads Product Marketing team within Amazon Ads is the strategic connective tissue between product innovation and market impact

We don't just launch products, we shape how advertisers discover, understand, and derive value from Amazon's advertising solutions across the full funnel.
The Commerce pod sits at the heart of this mission, owning product marketing for some of Amazon Ads' core solutions: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Brand Stores. Together, these products serve millions of advertisers globally from small businesses running their first campaign to the large brands.
This role is part of the Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands (SPB) product marketing team. We are evolving the PMM function beyond traditional launch communications to earning a seat at the table to directly influence the product roadmap through voice-of-customer research, competitive intelligence, and deep advertiser insights

Our work spans the full marketing lifecycle: from shaping what gets built, to how it's positioned in market, to driving adoption and measuring impact post-launch.
You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced team that partners daily with Product Management, Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and cross-functional leadership. We operate with a builder mentality by testing, learning, and iterating to deliver solutions that move the needle for advertisers and for the business. If you're passionate about translating complex ad tech into compelling stories that drive real outcomes, this is the team for you.
