We are seeking a Power BI Developer & Analytics Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics. This role focuses on developing scalable analytics solutions, modernizing reporting platforms, and supporting enterprise data environments. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), Semantic Models, Row-Level Security (RLS), ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and cloud data platforms. This is an onsite position (5 days/week) with a contract duration of up to 18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Build and maintain Semantic Models, DAX measures, Power Query (M) transformations, and RLS.
  • Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Validation, data migrations, and reporting modernization initiatives.
  • Write and optimize SQL/KQL queries for analytics, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Support Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Perform production support, root cause analysis, data reconciliation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reusable analytical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling, Semantic Models, RLS, ETL/ELT, and enterprise BI solutions.
  • Experience with Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory), Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Analytics Engineering, Data Warehousing, AI, Predictive Analytics, and production reporting environments.
  • Preferred: Python, Spark, IoT/telemetry data, platform modernization, strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
