The Opportunity 

This role is ideal for someone who has worked inside Amazon Seller Central and wants to take a broader role in marketplace operations. You'll support the management of listings, maintain catalog accuracy, resolve marketplace issues, and work closely with our merchandising, and marketing team. 


You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on marketplace performance while helping us build more scalable processes as the business grows. 



What You'll Do 

  • Manage and maintain Amazon product listings and catalog content. 
  • Monitor account health and marketplace compliance. 
  • Resolve listing suppressions, catalog issues, and Seller Central problems. 
  • Assist with creating FBA shipments
  • Open and manage Amazon Seller Support cases. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and shipments
  • Support pricing updates and marketplace optimization efforts. 
  • Identify reimbursement opportunities and operational improvements. 
  • Assist with marketplace expansion initiatives across Amazon Canada and eBay. 
  • Help build consistent processes, documentation, and best practices. 



What We're Looking For 

  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience. 
  • Experience managing listings, catalog content, variations, attributes, and pricing. 
  • Familiarity with FBA shipments and Amazon Seller Support. 
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Intermediate Excel skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 



Preferred Qualifications 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Experience with Amazon Canada or eBay. 
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, Transparency, or Buy Shipping. 
  • Experience managing large product catalogs.
