Description:

Beauty Industry Group is seeking a detail oriented and performance driven Amazon Paid Media Specialist to fully own Amazon paid media execution. This role will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing and scaling Amazon ads campaigns. The Paid Media Associate will report into our Director of Amazon & Marketplace and ensure Amazon growth strategies are perfectly executed and support the company’s growth objectives.


Hybrid Schedule: This role will be hybrid in our Los Angeles office with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite


Base: $85,000-$90,000

Bonus Eligibility: 5% Annually (based on company and individual performance)


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end to end Amazon paid media plans and execution in platform
  • Plan, launch and optimize campaigns (Sponsored and DSP) to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and product/brand discovery
  • Conduct keyword management, manage bids, and audience optimization
  • Monitor performance daily and adjust with a data driven mindset
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and pacing to ensure spend aligns with revenue and profitability goals
  • Partner with Amazon Team, eCommerce, brand and growth marketing team members to support product launches, promotions, and go to market strategies
  • Success metrics: Sales, ROAS, ACoS
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Amazon ads experience
  • Demonstrable mastery and success in campaign optimization (DSP and Sponsored), bid management, dayparting, audience building via AMC, and keyword strategy
  • High proficiency in AMC for audience building and A/B testing
  • Expert understanding of Amazon metrics (ACoS, CPC, TACoS, ROAS, NTB, impressions, CTR) and building KPI reports
  • Strong business acumen, ability to connect media performance to broader business goals (revenue, margin, inventory, brand positioning)
  • Strong attention to detail, active listening, and ability to manage multiple priorities
