Job description

Ready to reshape the future of digital advertising?
Amazon Ads isn't just competing in the ad tech space-we're redefining it. We're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial partnerships leader to architect the deals, alliances, and commercial models that will accelerate our position within the agency holding company ecosystem.
The Enterprise Partnerships - AgencyTech lead within the Ads Strategy / BD team is responsible for building and executing high-impact strategic partnerships with agency holding company technology platforms that own critical components of the advertising stack. This individual will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle across agency HoldCos and their technology arms-from initial opportunity identification through deal structuring, joint product development, and scaled execution.
These hybrid firms operate technology platforms that enable media buying and sit within Agency HoldCos, spanning audience and data management, advanced measurement and attribution, workflow and interoperability tools, and managed service at scale

The role focuses on embedding Amazon Ads capabilities directly into agencies' core offerings-creating joint audience products, integrated measurement suites, and custom personalization frameworks that deepen Amazon's integration into partners' go-to-market strategies and technology stacks.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development or partnerships executive who combines strategic vision with deal-making rigor. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of advertising technology and agency strategy. You bring deep fluency in the agency holding company ecosystem, a track record of structuring complex multi-party agreements, and the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable partnership frameworks that deliver measurable business impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive new strategic initiatives with agency holding company technology platforms (e.g., Omni, Acxiom, Epsilon, Publicis Sapient, Merkle, Choreograph) and their parent organizations
- Design value-exchange partnership models that embed Amazon capabilities directly into agencies' core offerings-enabling them to deliver higher-margin, white-labeled solutions that enhance client performance
- Structure joint products, integrated measurement suites, and custom personalization models/frameworks built on Amazon signals and AWS infrastructure
- Build scalable go-to-market motions with agency partners that position Amazon Ads as a foundational layer of their marketing architecture
- Drive real revenue impact by accelerating deal velocity, unlocking new budgets, and building repeatable partnership frameworks
- Stay ahead of seismic industry shifts-clean rooms, identity resolution, AI-driven media buying-and turn them into competitive advantages through agency partnerships
