Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented HR Administrative Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing administrative support, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The role will serve as a key point of contact for routine HR inquiries while assisting with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming HR phone inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate internal support teams.
  • Review and process incoming HR requests through internal case management systems, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide timely assistance with routine HR-related questions while ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related appointments.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR documents, correspondence, templates, and employee files.
  • Research and respond to employment verification and rehire eligibility requests using internal systems.
  • Perform data entry, generate reports, and assist with special HR projects and administrative initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing administrative support within Human Resources or a shared services environment preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or NAVEX is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls and providing professional, customer-focused support.
