What are Amazon B2B jobs?

Amazon B2B jobs refer to positions focused on the business-to-business (B2B) segment of Amazon, which serves corporate clients, organizations, and institutions rather than individual consumers. These roles can include sales, account management, business development, product management, and operations, all tailored to meet the unique needs of business customers. Employees in Amazon B2B jobs work to support Amazon Business, the company’s platform that provides bulk purchasing, business pricing, and procurement solutions. Their goal is to help organizations streamline purchasing, manage spend, and access a wide range of products and services.

Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with internal teams like marketing, operations, and technical support can help overcome these challenges and drive business growth.

Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce), data analysis tools, and Amazon’s Seller or Vendor Central platforms is typically required. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities are crucial soft skills for managing client accounts and driving business growth. These skills ensure effective client management, strategic sales execution, and sustained revenue generation in a competitive e-commerce environment.
