The Role 

We are seeking a strategic, analytical Junior Account Manager with a proven track record of helping scale growth in the Ecommerce Space. This role reports to Tangle Teezer's Key Account Manager, ECommerce and will focus on both the day-to-day and long-term success of Tangle Teezer's Amazon North American business. This highly visible role also supports the growth of other e-commerce marketplaces such as TikTok Shop and collaborates internally to drive growth across the e-commerce landscape.

 

What does success look like:

  • Helping achieve account growth and performance targets through the implementation of business strategies (promotions, site content optimization, assortment analysis, etc) in partnership with the KAM, internal Tangle Teezer teams, and agencies.
  • Working closely with Amazon agency in day-to-day support of the business with a focus on operational excellence, achieving sales goals and profit.
  • Leading business communication and coordination by promptly cascading information and customer needs across the Tangle Teezer organization/external stakeholders to support Amazon's robust 3P Business.
  • Collaborating with Trade Marketing team to continuously audit PDPs to then develop compelling PDP content, A+ Premium content, and storefront content to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Develop brand store strategy in partnership with other internal stakeholders.
  • Through customer business planning, program development and communication, ensure complete execution of agreed-upon strategies and actions.

 

This includes:

  • Track sales performance against the business sales targets and take responsibility for results.
  • Manage new product launches from start to finish (including administrative details) with internal Tangle Teezer cross-functional teams and external agency; continuously track sales performance and conversion by SKU.
  • Monitor BSR, competitive activity, and 3rd party seller landscape, proactively addressing any suppression issues and/or conflict with maintaining the buy box, including any Brand Registry issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate account-specific promotions and product focuses with agency and internal teams (including marketing, social, demand planning and operations) and tracking associated sales lifts.
  • Support KAM on the build out of monthly and ad hoc strategic sales decks with supporting data, insights, and asset curation in PowerPoint.
  • Manage all Amazon and TTS related operations including CX, listing and catalog management, pricing health, account health and other relevant business operations.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Highly organized, proactive self-starter with a track record of managing multiple projects at pace in a dynamic environment
  • "One team" mentality - experience working cross functionally to deliver customer success
  • 1-3 years Amazon or other e-commerce business direct support
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Amazon Platforms - Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising tools, Amazon Algorithm
    • Digital Shelf - Keyword Optimization, Enhanced Content, Image and Video Best Practices, Buy Box
    • Data Analysis & Reporting - Sales, Inventory, Traffic, Conversion, Consumer Insights, and other KPIs
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Excel: must be able to do VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other basic formulas.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Experience with TikTok Shop
