What You'll Do
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Amazon Media, who will be responsible for leading and executing all Amazon Marketing strategies for US, UK, and potentially more regions.
This role will report to the Associate Director of Amazon E-Commerce, with a dotted line to the Media team.
What You'll Be Working On
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Stay on the cutting edge of all things Amazon marketing within Seller Central, including Amazon Advertising, AMS, AMG, DSPs, Promotions, etc.
  • Use media to accelerate the Amazon flywheel and penetrate organically
  • Deliver continuous improvement to TACOs, ROAS, ACoS, and Conversion Rate
  • Evaluate and analyze marketing success across levers, providing strategic insights into what worked, what did not, and actionable areas for improvement on a weekly basis for Senior Leadership
  • Build and execute Paid Media Strategy in partnership with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners, focusing on channel and overall business growth and KPIs
  • Main POC for Amazon agency on day-to-day needs, asks and management including campaign set-ups, assets/ creative management, keywords strategy, and planning
  • Develop Amazon new launch strategy from planning, executing, all the way through reporting
  • Brief agencies on all new campaigns needed, strategy pivots, and optimizations
  • Manage Amazon Marketing Budget inclusive of Paid, influencer and sampling efforts ensuring alignment with Amazon team
  • Forecast quarterly and annual budget recommendations for Amazon based on strategic campaign tactics in coordination with Americas Media team
  • Maintain all trackers, invoicing, and alignment with over-arching business goals
  • Collaborate with the Americas marketing teams to ensure that advertising efforts are aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging, balanced against where Brand is winning on Amazon

Promotional Support:
  • Own and manage the Marketing Calendar for Amazon, working collaboratively with Amazon, NA Brand Marketing, Retail, and DTC teams to align on over-arching goals
  • Support all Promotions Plans such as Prime Day, BFCM, key consumer events, and all future activations around Amazon as a channel
  • Maintain constant curiosity around new offerings, marketing levers, and white space opportunities for the brand

Creative Management:
  • Lead creative needs for Paid activations leveraging Amazon creative best practices, liaising with all necessary teams and working cross-functionally with the Amazon Merchandising team to align on SIOPs and processes
  • Brief Creative on all asset needs behind paid, working cross-functionally with Creative, Project Management teams
  • Track competitive trends in the Paid Media space, new opportunities, and improve upon existing assets
  • Manage cross-functional project teams while collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and communication mechanisms

Reporting and Data Analysis:
  • Collaborate with Director and Business Analyst to develop, track, and support Amazon Marketing KPIs for Amazon
  • Regularly track and report on KPIs, business needs, insights and learnings for senior leadership
  • In partnership with NA leadership, deliver reporting needs from the region, global, and leadership teams
  • Continuous competitive awareness of other brands in the Beauty space, and regular checks with Amazon platform external teams on any new offerings

Influencer Marketing and Events Support:
  • Experience with Creator Connections and Amazon Influencer network to launch and evaluate programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Influencers, Events and Activations as needed, working on Product supply, agency management, creative assets and/or ad hoc requests
  • Align with broader Amazon team on Marketing plans to build a cohesive strategy between Influencers/Events and other strategies
Must Haves
  • 7+ years of experience working in Amazon Ads and Media
  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role or similar exposure within a CPG/ E-commerce company (beauty-preferred) and/or Agency
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon storefronts and product listings (preferred)
  • Experience and interest in using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in Helium10 and Stackline (preferred)
  • Proven experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership and cross functional teams
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, interested in SOP creation, optimization and ownership
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across departments, and fostering a positive, flexible, and solutions-driven attitude
  • Curious, proactive, and demonstrating a keen interest in understanding E-commerce and the Beauty industry
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team
  • Demonstrates commitment to fostering a highly supportive and team-oriented workplace culture
  • Amazon Global experience a plus

$120,000-$140,000 USD
