We are looking for a hybrid Growth Designer & Video Editor (contract) to serve as the creative heartbeat of our performance & growth marketing machine. This is not a "brand maintenance" role; you will build high‐performing, direct‐response assets that stop the scroll and drive conversion across distinct platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit. We support large‐scale, crowdsourced DNA research and use innovative genetics to improve health. Responsibilities End‐to‐End Asset Production : Design and edit high‐volume static, motion, and video assets for paid media and owned channels such as ecommerce, email, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Amazon, TikTok, and influencers. Performance Iteration : Analyze weekly performance data (CTR, video completion rates, CPA, ROAS) and rapidly iterate on winning creative. Platform‐Native Storytelling : Develop content that feels native to each environment, from lo‐fi UGC‐style edits for TikTok to polished motion graphics for YouTube and LinkedIn. Creative Testing & Iteration : Collaborate on the annual demand‐gen roadmap by creating bold visual hypotheses and a library of high‐impact scroll‐stoppers, art directions, and asset hierarchies for A/B testing. Measured on the ability to deliver 20–30 creative variants per month to feed a high‐velocity experimentation roadmap. AI‐Driven Efficiency : Leverage AI design and video tools to scale asset production and localization without sacrificing quality. Conversion UI/UX : Design high‐converting landing page layouts and web assets that align with paid traffic funnels for a seamless click‐to‐purchase journey. Qualifications Direct Response Expertise : 4+ years designing for performance marketing teams or agencies with a focus on conversion. Full‐Stack Creative Suite : Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in mobile‐first editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a major plus for social‐native content. Video First Mindset : Strong motion graphics and video editing skills, capable of turning raw influencer footage into a high‐energy, narrative‐driven ad in hours.
