  • Manage day-to-day studio operations across multiple production spaces
  • Own setup, breakdown, operation, and routine maintenance of the studio's professional camera, lighting, and audio package (mirrorless / cinema cameras, LED lighting, wireless and boom audio, live-switching gear)
  • Maintain a detailed equipment inventory with check-in / check-out, battery and media management, firmware updates, and a basic preventive-maintenance schedule
  • Serve as the point person for gear troubleshooting; coordinate repairs and warranty service to minimize downtime
  • Coordinate studio schedules, bookings, shoot calendars, and production timelines
  • Keep all studio spaces organized, clean, functional, and production-ready
  • Prepare sets, props, products, lighting, and equipment prior to shoots
  • Organize props, furniture, products, wardrobe, and production assets
  • Support studio hospitality including dressing rooms, talent flow, and production readiness
  • Assist with loading / unloading products and organizing storage areas
  • Support production planning including call sheets, schedules, releases, and shoot logistics

Social Media & Live Content Production (30%)
  • Support TikTok Lives, livestream production, and creator-led content initiatives
  • Set up and operate single- and multi-camera setups for livestreams and live selling
  • Help creators, influencers, and talent capture high-volume, social-first content
  • Shoot quick-turn iPhone content, behind-the-scenes footage, and social clips
  • Set up and run livestream cameras, lighting, microphones, and staging
  • Capture podcast / streaming content using the studio's audio production setup
  • Support moderators, operators, and production teams during livestreams
  • Help maintain visual consistency and brand storytelling across live content
  • Assist with rapid content capture for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid social, and Amazon video assets

Production & Creative Support (20%)

  • Assist with set transitions, prop styling, and shoot resets
  • Coordinate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Producers, Photographers, and Videographers
  • Help traffic products and creative assets between teams
  • Assist with post-production organization and content delivery workflows

Who You Are
Experience & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in studio production, content production, video/photo production, live production, or a comparable in-house creative or studio environment
  • Hands-on proficiency operating professional production equipment - full-frame mirrorless and cinema cameras (e.g., Sony mirrorless / cinema bodies), professional LED lighting systems, and wireless lavalier and boom audio
  • Comfortable both shooting quick-turn iPhone / social content AND operating, maintaining, and safeguarding the studio's professional camera, lighting, and audio package
  • Working knowledge of basic editing: ingesting, logging, and organizing footage, media/transcoding management, and assembling basic rough cuts and selects for editors
  • Experience creating social-first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and supporting livestream / live-selling production is strongly preferred
