Thirtyonejane is seeking a Remote E-Commerce & Shopify UX Strategist to join our growing team in the apparel and fashion industry. This full-time, remote position is based in Charlotte and offers an exciting opportunity to shape compelling digital shopping experiences across our e-commerce platforms.

In this entry-level role, you will help define and execute UX strategies that elevate our Shopify storefront, improve conversion, and create a seamless customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer behavior, optimize product presentation, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects the modern, fashion-forward identity of Thirtyonejane. .

As a key contributor to our e-commerce growth, you will play an important role in turning user insights into impactful design decisions, enhancing site usability, and driving online sales. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000–$120,000 USD per year, along with the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in a fast-moving fashion brand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce UX strategies aligned with Thirtyonejane’s brand vision and business goals
  • Audit and optimize Shopify storefront layouts, navigation, and product pages to improve user experience
  • Collaborate with marketers, designers, and merchandisers to create cohesive digital campaigns and product launches
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify friction points across the e-commerce funnel
  • Translate user research, heatmaps, and analytics data into actionable UX improvements
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and engagement
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility best practices across all pages
  • Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual hierarchy in a Shopify environment
  • Monitor e-commerce trends, Shopify features, and competitor strategies to inform UX decisions
  • Work with developers to implement UX recommendations and ensure design integrity
  • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to communicate UX concepts effectively
Requirements
