Job description

Connoisseur Media in Lincoln, NE, is looking for a professional, energetic Full-Time Sales Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This on-site role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple departments and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will provide administrative support across the business, sales, and administrative teams, while also serving as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You are a proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and deliver excellent customer service while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Success in this position requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize work in a high-energy setting, and a commitment to following company procedures and internal controls. The right candidate will also be flexible with their schedule and available to cover additional shifts when needed.
Responsibilities of this position may include the following:
  • Answer Incoming Phone Calls.
  • Welcome, visitors and clients.
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Handle Prize Distribution and winner interfacing.
  • Invoice and Various Document Mailings.
  • Daily Mail Sorting.
  • Attend sales meetings where applicable..
  • Sales reporting.
  • Sales data management.
  • Appointment scheduling for the sales team.
  • Handle Account Executive Requests within Wide Orbit or VCreative.
  • Misc. Office Duties that Management will assign.

Requirements for this position include the following:
  • Availability Monday through Friday.
  • Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
  • Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to interact with Advertisers and the General Public
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
  • Able to work with clients, management, and staff at all levels
  • Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
  • Previous experience in broadcast media.
  • Previous experience in Wide Orbit.
  • Experience Microsoft and G-Suite platforms.
