Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Connoisseur Media Louisville's sales organization with a bold, market-first strategy that drives revenue across broadcast, digital, and experiential platforms.
  • Develop and execute integrated sales plans that capitalize on our full suite of media assets-linear, digital, and community-focused-to deliver measurable results for clients.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Drive new business development while deepening relationships with key accounts, influencers, and community leaders to maximize market impact.
  • Set aggressive sales goals, manage forecasting and pacing, and implement innovative commission and incentive programs that reward performance.
  • Lead data-informed decision-making to optimize pricing, inventory, and digital strategy for maximum ROI.
  • Represent Connoisseur Media in the community, building the brand as a trusted partner for clients, advertisers, and influencers.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including budgets, expenses, and accounts receivable, ensuring financial accountability and operational excellence.
  • Champion a high-energy, transparent, and performance-driven team culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
  • Provide regular revenue, performance, and market insights to leadership while continuously identifying opportunities to innovate and grow.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of sales leadership experience; media, digital, or broadcast industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving aggressive revenue growth across broadcast, digital, and non-traditional platforms.
  • Deep expertise in integrated media sales, pricing strategy, inventory management, and digital monetization.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and energize a team in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a history of creating innovative solutions that generate measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen, analytics-driven decision-making, and ability to balance speed, agility, and precision.
  • Dynamic communicator with executive presence, superior presentation skills, and the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance required.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
  • Prior broadcast industry experience.
  • General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software.
