Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate setup and components submitted for 1st Piece approval using Component Process Specification (CPS) requirements
  • Perform periodic inspection at the LRT (In-line Auditing)
  • Provide feedback to operators and technicians on product acceptance or rejection
  • Provide feedback to Production and Process Engineering regarding processing issues
  • Inspections performed at processing workstations.
  • Other inspection duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling
  • Familiar with inspection equipment such as microscopes, measurement tools
  • Be detail oriented to ensure customer requirements have been met
  • Ability to follow work instructions
  • Maintain proper documentation on traveler and electronic data entry
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focus
