Dispatcher

As a dispatcher, you will be entrusted with maintaining open lines of communication in high call volume environment. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to data entry, scheduling and providing customer service to employees and contractors. Your core skills and prior experience in a high call volume environment will contribute to your daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls at high volumes
  • Providing customer service to the business unit
  • Provide adequate feedback to all callers.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure communication compliance
  • Maintain organization in your work area
  • Input data and document calls.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Must have exceptional experience with writing and reading daily activity reports
  • Communicate employment guidelines
  • Processing calling-outs
  • Assigning staff coverage "Scheduling"
  • Data entry- creating and submitting documents, reports, and other data requested
  • Responding and sending emails, answering Text messages, checking voicemails, and scanning Documents
