Our client is seeking an experienced LPC or LMSW to join their dedicated team in providing compassionate counseling and therapy services to children with special needs and their families. This role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions and therapy services
Designing, executing and monitoring therapy treatment programs
Completing comprehensive goals for Clients and necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement
Maintaining an accurate weekly log of billable interactions and service hours
Providing staff training and counseling
Collaborating with other professionals involved in Client’s case
Providing counseling services to families and children
Conducting psychoeducational workshops for staff and families
Oversight of practicum students/interns when appropriate
Performing activities related to behavioral analysis/mental health therapy services
Schedule and Shift Details
Evening and weekend availability required.
