Sommaire du poste

A titre de membre cle de l'equipe de reapprovisionnement, l'Analyste planification et allocation joue un role essentiel dans la croissance des ventes saisonnieres. Cette personne est responsable de la planification strategique des achats, de l'allocation et de la distribution des marchandises saisonnieres afin d'assurer une disponibilite optimale des produits a travers le reseau de magasins. Grace a l'analyse de donnees et a une etroite collaboration avec les differents partenaires internes, l'analyste contribue a la croissance des ventes et a l'optimisation des stocks.

Responsabilites
  • Prendre des decisions d'achat d'inventaire au niveau du SKU afin de soutenir les objectifs de ventes et les cibles d'inventaire; 
  • Developper et maintenir des rapports d'achats, de previsions et de performance fournissant des informations pertinentes et exploitables a l'equipe des achats; 
  • Gerer l'allocation et la distribution des marchandises saisonnieres aux magasins en s'appuyant sur les tendances de ventes, les modeles de demande saisonniere et les strategies d'inventaire; 
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les centres de distribution et les equipes d'entrepot afin d'assurer un acheminement efficace et precis des produits vers les magasins; 
  • Analyser la performance des produits, les niveaux d'inventaire et les taux d'ecoulement des marchandises afin d'optimiser les strategies futures d'allocation et de reapprovisionnement;
  • Identifier des occasions d'ameliorer la disponibilite des produits et de maximiser le potentiel de ventes dans l'ensemble du reseau de magasins; et
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'amelioration continue en utilisant les analyses de donnees et les informations d'affaires afin d'optimiser les processus de planification et d'allocation. 
Exigences du poste
  • Diplome universitaire ou collegial en gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement, logistique, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de deux (2) annees d'experience dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Experience dans un environnement de vente au detail ou de gestion de produits, un atout important.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et grand souci du detail.
  • Solides capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes.
  • Excellentes habiletes de communication.
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites et a travailler dans des delais serres.
  • Bonne maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, avec une excellente connaissance d'Excel.
  • Connaissance de SAP, un atout.
