The Shop Foreman at Sun State Ford plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the service department. This position is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle repairs and service. The Shop Foreman is a key member of the service leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of automotive technicians and service advisors.
