Job description

Sun State Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and managing key commercial client relationships, driving sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their vehicle needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation, closing, and delivery.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on account status, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about Fordโ€™s commercial product offerings and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Proven Ford experience in account management and commercial sales in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the Orlando area and surrounding regions.
