Job Description:
UPS is seeking highly motivated junior and senior undergraduate students, along with recent graduates, to join our 11-week 2027 GRO Summer Internship Program. Global Revenue Operations supports the entirety of the Sales business unit.
This internship program provides an excellent learning environment, and UPS is seeking talented interns who are excited to learn new skills and aren't afraid to tackle big projects. With access to leadership staff and mentors, the interns will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects.
Potential Workgroups
  • Sales Operations - International and US centric teams focused on supporting the Global Sales Senior Leaders and the Global Salesforce.

  • Global Sales Training - Focuses on sales methodology and delivery of said methodology to develop the skillsets of our Global Salesforce.

  • Talent Management - Supports the employee lifecycle by continuously identifying enhancements for the Onboarding, Retention, and Separation processes.

  • Analytics/Sales Enablement - Processes data and shares insight to better support UPS business goals.

  • Sales Planning & Performance - Providing systems and administrative support to the Sales Planning & Performance team.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Completes assigned project from developing project plan, to identifying tasks and milestones and implementing big ideas

  • Provides fresh insights to project team by participating in the team's ongoing processes and activities

  • Presents analysis, insights, and deliverables to senior staff at the end of the internship, communicating the impact of their project outcome to UPS

Preferred Competencies
  • Demonstrates leadership attributes within classroom, projects, volunteering

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management

  • Ability to multitask and work with cross functional teams

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer

  • Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions

  • Remote positions with access to local support, must be able to report to office locations as needed

  • Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months, upon starting internship

  • Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week

  • Business Management, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, Sales, or Information Systems majors - Preferred

  • Must have a mode of transportation.
