Join Our Long-Term Flyer Delivery Team Flexible, Independent Work with Pay Per Delivery

Are you looking for a flexible, independent, and active way to earn consistent income over the long term? We're hiring Part-Time Flyer Delivery Contractors to distribute promotional materials door-to-door across neighborhoods in North-Central Hub (Lafayette and Kokomo)

This is not an hourly jobyour pay is based on production, not time. Each delivery route (called a map) has a fixed payout based on the area's size, density, and difficultynot how long it takes you to complete it.

We're looking for reliable individuals who can work long-term with us on a part-time, flexible basis. While you'll set your own hours, this is not a short-term gig. Ideal candidates will be open to on-call opportunities and committed to consistency and quality.

About the Role:

  • Pick up flyers and delivery materials weekly from our designated location.
  • Deliver flyers door-to-door following your assigned route (map).
  • Work independently to complete deliveries within agreed timelines.
  • Use your smartphone and GPS to track and verify completion.
  • Get paid via direct deposit within 24 business days after completing your map(s).

Important: Pay is Per Delivery Not Hourly

Each map has a set payout, determined by the complexity of the routenot how many hours it takes you to complete it. You're paid per flyer delivered, and faster work means higher earnings.

Sample Map Payouts:

  • $0.20 per flyer (W1 Maps) ~120 flyers/hour = ~$24/hr equivalent
  • $0.25 per flyer (W2 Maps) ~100 flyers/hour = ~$25/hr equivalent
  • $0.30 per flyer (W3 Maps) ~80 flyers/hour = ~$24/hr equivalent

Note:

  • Routes are assigned weekly; specific locations are not guaranteed.
  • We do not offer hourly pay or accept rate negotiations.
  • Performance bonuses may be available for early completions.

What You Can Expect to Earn:

  • $200$500 per week, depending on how many maps you complete.
  • Your income is based on your efficiency and number of maps completed.
