PREMIUM FOOD RUNNER
Job Title: Premium Food Runner
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Premium Manager & Food and Beverage Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part-time Seasonal
SUMMARY
The Food Runner for Private Suites is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and with excellent customer service to suite guests. This role supports Suite Attendants by ensuring orders are stocked, organized, and delivered in a timely manner to enhance the premium guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver food and beverage items from kitchen/expo areas to assigned private suites.
  • Assist Suite Attendants in setting up suites with proper food and beverage before events.
  • Replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout the event as requested.
  • Ensure accurate order delivery according to suite tickets and guest requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, pantries, and service stations.
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup of suites after events, including returning equipment and unused items.
  • Communicate effectively with Suite Attendants, Supervisors, and Kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and items up to [25-35 lbs].
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as scheduled.
