Lead Cleaner - Part Time
Hours/Schedule: 5pm-11pm (hours vary based off events)
Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour
Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire an Event Cleaner. As an Event Cleaner, you will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, finishing, and buffing all hard floors and corridors, stripping and sealing floors and corridors, stripping and sealing restroom floors, maintaining carpet, including vacuuming, shampooing, extracting, and spot cleaning.
The Event Attendant is responsible for maintaining a designated restroom and/or area of the facility during an event.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
The Event Attendant reports to the Event Team Leader.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
Event Attendant will be assigned a specific restroom and/or area of the facility to maintain during an event. Maintain and stock restrooms on a continuous basis throughout
  • Continually police suites, clubs and premium areas
  • Remove trash, recyclables and compost from all areas of the stadium and site Exterior gates and walkway operations will commence prior to stadium doors opening to support pre-event hosted activities as needed
  • Adhere to sustainability/recycling procedures
  • Police public and private concourses, keep free of debris and spills
  • Police ramp and stairways used for public egress, keep free of debris and spills
  • Police loading dock and service corridor
  • Pull trash from containers and re-line as required. Trash to be removed to designated location.
  • Perform other service functions as directed.
  • Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Customer service is important. Assist guests with any questions or concerns. Be courteous and pleasant with your response.
  • Be informed about your work assignment. Know the locations of entrances, exits, restrooms, telephones, concession areas, security, first aid, guest services, ticket offices etc. Know details on assigned event.
  • Report accidents and injuries immediately to Event Supervisor.

Job Requirements
• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
