We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Control together with the tray-setting and food-production the timing for the food flow. Supervise the processing time to avoid delays and lapses. Ensures correct updating of the customer specifications in each consigned department. Manages, motivates, and assists flight coordinator and food packer department. Selects, trains, manages, schedules, develops, disciplines, conducts performance appraisals, and counsel team members.
  • Assists airlines to determine the Operational need for service delivery and interpreting their requirements. Sets up and oversees the requirements for all flights, coordinates and agrees on catering specification with clients and ensures accurate setup of catering, stores and bar requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in airline catering or aviation operations.
  • Knowledge of airline catering operational processes, operational sequences, and logistics.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams through employee coaching, scheduling, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (and occasionally more as required).
  • Working in a loud operational environment.
  • Exposure to warehouse, production, airport ramp, outdoor weather, and moving equipment.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on operational needs.
