What does an airline project manager do?

An Airline Project Manager oversees and coordinates projects within an airline, such as launching new routes, implementing technology upgrades, or improving operational efficiency. They manage project timelines, budgets, and teams, while ensuring that all regulatory and safety requirements are met. Their role often involves collaborating with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
