Description

Position Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Sales, as well as the aircraft sales team. This support will include a variety of administrative assignments such as handling customer correspondence, providing telephone coverage, and marketing and social media support. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain social media platforms and content scheduling.
  • Maintain aircraft specifications, listings, and related marketing information.
  • Update sales materials and marketing collateral.
  • Organize and maintain marketing files, photography, logos, and other digital assets.
  • Assists in advertising and promotion programs.
  • Facilitate communication and help coordinate projects that may involve cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Handles confidential information with complete discretion and assists with aircraft sales internally and externally.
  • Support monthly department head marketing meetings and weekly check-ins.
  • Responds to inquiries from customers or refers to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Assists and distributes flyers/promotional items.
  • Manage incoming customer calls.
  • Enhance the work environment through teamwork and focusing on solutions.
  • Assist the Company President with special projects, tasks, and initiatives, as needed.
  • Travel to support Company events, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

Education Requirement:

  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelors in marketing, preferred.

Experience Requirement:

  • 1+ years of significant administrative experience related to sales administration
  • Knowledge of all types of General Aviation aircraft 
  • Ability to work with several individuals while showing independence in balancing and prioritizing their requests
  • Excellent Organizational, Customer Service, and Communication Skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team goal environment.
  • Ability to assimilate basic technical information.
  • Assist with or undertake any other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Professional in appearance and mannerisms
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Able to develop a friendly rapport
  • A sincere desire to assist others
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to pass a drug screening test
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record
