This role is based in a climate-controlled office setting where daily movement and interaction are essential components of the job. While the position is remote, team collaboration is facilitated using a variety of digital communication tools to maintain effective healthcare delivery. You will engage with department members and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care environment, ensuring our patients receive comprehensive support.

• Evaluate and assess patient needs through interaction and the use of standardized assessment tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and monitor therapy interventions for individuals and families, adapting strategies to align with patient progress and specific mental health diagnoses.
• Maintain thorough and compliant treatment records, documentation, and reports using current technology, adhering to regulatory guidelines and departmental policies.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to create holistic treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs and desired health outcomes.
• Engage in continuous assessment of patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the effectiveness of care.
• Facilitate connections to additional support services as needed, acting as a liaison between patients and various healthcare providers.
• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and support clinical staff development through mentoring and educational opportunities.

The primary client focus for the LCSW will be individuals and families dealing with the psychological and emotional challenges of cancer diagnoses. By utilizing therapeutic approaches that are respectful of cultural diversity and individual needs, you will contribute to a supportive environment that empowers patients to cope with their circumstances effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with a focus on outpatient therapy.
• Experience working with cancer patients or individuals coping with chronic illnesses preferred.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, reflecting your expertise and contribution to our team.
