At Genesys, we are transforming customer experience through AI driven innovation and human centered design, and this role directly enables how that strategy comes to life across the business. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to bring clarity to complex planning processes, improve decision quality, and strengthen execution at scale. This position offers visibility into enterprise priorities and the opportunity to influence how global planning evolves as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end to end global GTM planning cadence, ensuring alignment across target setting, capacity, segmentation, territory design, quota deployment, and demand generation to drive predictable revenue outcomes

  • Lead the creation of executive ready planning materials that enable faster, higher quality decisions across senior leadership teams
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, Partner, Field, and Systems teams to align planning inputs, outputs, and downstream execution readiness
  • Orchestrate planning governance, including decision tracking, accountability frameworks, and milestone reviews to improve transparency and operating discipline
  • Deliver strategic planning initiatives and system implementations, including enterprise planning platforms and data management capabilities, to improve scalability and planning accuracy
  • Manage external partners and vendors to ensure delivery against business requirements, timelines, and technical dependencies
  • Drive adoption of planning tools and processes through structured rollout, testing, training, and change management to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Continuously improve planning processes by identifying inefficiencies, clarifying ownership, and introducing scalable frameworks that enhance execution speed and quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Information Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM planning
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility
  • Deep understanding of sales planning, revenue planning, and GTM operations within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and decision frameworks in large scale initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex discussions into clear decisions and actions
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for building structured, executive ready materials
  • Experience with program management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, global environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to drive accountability without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting annual sales planning, territory design, quota deployment, or capacity planning processes
  • Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or related data and reporting platforms
  • Experience working across global regions, sales segments, or business units
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or high growth technology organizations
  • Strong understanding of GTM planning concepts including segmentation, pipeline generation, and overlay planning
