Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to define enterprise AI vision, strategy, and transformation roadmaps
  • Identify high-impact AI and Generative AI use cases aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, AI Assistants, Intelligent Automation, and Conversational AI
  • Establish AI governance standards, operating models, and compliance frameworks
  • Present program status, business impact, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Monitor budget, resource allocation, timelines, and program health
Required Skills
  • 12+ years in Program Management, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Strategy
  • 5+ years managing AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Data Transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Data Platforms
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML Services, Google Cloud AI Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
  • Proven executive stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and business case development experience
Preferred Skills
  • MBA or Master's in Business, Data Science, or AI-related field
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant, CSM, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
