7-Eleven is looking for a Senior AI Admin - AI Enablement to join the Enterprise AI Team!

About the job:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Senior AI Admin to lead cross-functional program execution across our AI initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence across multiple AI/ML-driven workstreams. Senior AI Admin at 7-Eleven have solid technical background and help bring a technical perspective to managing AI projects. You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team of product managers, scientists, designers and engineers who research and innovate on latest technology to create awesome AI products that millions of people will experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects across AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to track dependencies, manage risks, and resolve blockers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, ensuring clear and timely communication with leadership and business partners.

Manage rollout of AI Tools and Platforms and help training and enablement for all approved AI Tools.

Maintain dashboards, status reports, and documentation to ensure visibility into project health and milestones.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when necessary, and drive resolution across teams.

Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups as needed; ensure teams are following agile best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years

5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in AI/ML, data platforms, or helping scale AI Tools.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and data-driven product development.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and analytics.

5+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and road mapping tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in retail & customer AI project management, scaling from prototype to thousands of active users.

Experience scaling AI Productivity Tools like Copilot, Codex etc. across large Enterprises.
