Job description

Our digital marketing agency helps multi-location home service brands generate leads across dozens of local markets. Our flagship client is a PE-backed home services company operating 40+ locations across the U.S. and Canada under several brands, and we are expanding our SEO team to support rapid growth.

We are looking for a hands‐on SEO Manager who understands how to scale local visibility across many locations. This role goes beyond executing SEO checklists. You will audit sites, identify growth opportunities, and help drive measurable lead growth through local search .

You will work closely with paid media and analytics teams and communicate directly with the client. This is a client‐facing role , so strong communication skills and native English are required. Initial engagement is 25–30 hours per week , with the potential to transition to full‐time after 90 days .

Responsibilities Lead local SEO strategy across 30+ locations including: Google Business Profile optimization and management Local ranking improvements and grid tracking Keyword mapping and location page optimization Internal linking and site structure improvements Schema implementation and technical SEO recommendations Content strategy for local markets Competitive analysis and opportunity identification You will also: Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and local rank tracking tools Identify SEO opportunities that directly impact lead generation Collaborate with paid media and analytics teams Communicate findings and recommendations to the client Requirements 3+ years experience in Local SEO or Multi‐Location SEO Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization Experience managing 20+ location SEO campaigns preferred Understanding of technical SEO, schema, and site architecture Data‐driven mindset focused on leads and revenue rather than rankings alone Excellent communication and ability to explain SEO clearly Tools We Use Experience with most of these is expected: GA4 Google Search Console Ahrefs / SEMrush Local rank tracking tools (Local Falcon, BrightLocal, etc.) ClickUp/JIRA Slack/Teams How to Apply Please include: A 2–3 minute intro video explaining your experience with local SEO 1–2 examples of local SEO or GBP growth you've driven SEO tools you use daily Your availability (hours/week) and hourly rate Please include the phrase "Local Growth" in your application so we know you read the full description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
