Job description

About Us

Ghosal Luxury Lodging is a fast-growing boutique hospitality company in the Smoky Mountains. Unlike traditional property management companies, we own and operate every property ourselves, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, guest experiences, and operational standards.
Our portfolio includes luxury cabins, wedding venues, and our expanding Sojourn Resorts tiny home brand. We are a technology-driven company focused on growing direct bookings, reducing OTA dependence, and building long-term brand authority through SEO and content marketing.
We are building a high-performing, entrepreneurial team where every contribution has visible impact.
The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time SEO & Content Specialist to help execute our 2026 organic growth strategy. This is a hands-on role focused on improving search rankings, building landing pages, writing conversion-focused content, and growing direct booking traffic.
Our sites already rank highly for several luxury cabin and wedding-related keywords. We are looking for someone who can expand those wins, identify quick SEO opportunities, and help scale our content engine.
Key Responsibilities

SEO & Landing Pages

  • Build and optimize SEO-focused landing pages
  • Perform on-page SEO improvements including metadata, headers, schema, and internal linking
  • Identify keyword opportunities with low competition and strong booking intent
  • Monitor rankings and recommend optimization strategies
Content Marketing

  • Write high-intent blog posts and website content designed to drive bookings
  • Refresh and optimize existing content
  • Coordinate content updates, photos, and calls-to-action
Technical SEO

  • Monitor Core Web Vitals and flag technical issues
  • Implement schema markup and SEO best practices
  • Assist with website updates and content publishing
Link Building & Reporting

  • Support backlink outreach and local citation management
  • Track SEO performance using SEMrush, Google Analytics, and PostHog
  • Report on keyword growth, organic traffic, and landing page performance
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of SEO or content marketing experience
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills
  • Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools
  • Familiarity with on-page SEO, schema markup, and internal linking
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Bonus Qualifications

  • Hospitality, travel, or vacation rental SEO experience
  • WordPress experience
  • Link-building or digital PR experience
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4 or PostHog
Why Join Us?

  • Flexible hybrid/remote schedule
  • Small, fast-moving team with no corporate bureaucracy
  • Direct impact on traffic, bookings, and company growth
  • Access to advanced SEO and analytics tools
  • Growth opportunities as the company expands
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and wants to help build one of the fastest-growing hospitality brands in the Smoky Mountains.
